We were moving from North Carolina to San Francisco in a very tight timeframe. We had a very small window to find a home, make an offer, and close. We initially had a purchasing agent but wanted to ensure that we covered our bases, so we met with Jules to look at rental properties as well. We were not happy with our purchasing agent but felt like our back was against the wall. After meeting with Jules, we decided to fire our original agent and work with Jules on purchasing a home. We actually left San Francisco after a week without having identified a home. As a result, Jules worked tirelessly to find us a place. She identified several properties and would conduct walk-throughs via FaceTime. We made an offer on a home after one of those walk-throughs. She knew what area we needed to purchase in for the ease and convenience of commuting to the city daily for work. She explained the traffic routes, took us to the various BART stations, and took time and showed patience showing us around each neighborhood. She went over the crime stats in our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. She was timely and honest. If she did not know something, she told us and then found out the information. Jules has become one of our closest friends and when we were transferred to New Jersey, we used her for the sale of our home. As Jules always goes above and beyond our expectations, Jules looked up homes in the area of New Jersey, we were targeting and provided information on houses there. She even recommended another realtor there.
